What to send
Provide your full name or organisation, a way to contact you, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact APKOEN URL involved, and an explanation of why the material is unauthorised.
Good-faith statement
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the complained-of use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
Signature
Include a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or a person authorised to act on the rights holder’s behalf.
Review process
APKOEN may temporarily hide or remove affected material while a notice is reviewed and may contact the relevant publisher for clarification. False or misleading notices may have legal consequences.
